Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

The Hörmann ProductPortal offers modern access to Hörmann products and their product information. It offers various search functions to identify suitable products and displays different types of information (documents, images, CAD drawings, etc.) to match the selected product. The Hörmann ProductPortal was published in Germany in April 2023 and will be successively expanded, both in terms of product information and the functions in the portal.

Hörmann differentiates between products, accessory parts and spare parts - the ProductPortal currently contains almost all Hörmann products that are available in Germany.

Further products, accessories and spare parts are in preparation and will be added at a later date.

The architect program is no longer available in Germany. All information from the previous architect program is available in the new Hörmann ProductPortal. The new ProductPortal offers additional information and functions that were not available in the previous architect program.

The current focus is on offering relevant functions and information for architects and planners - but some of these are also helpful for other interest groups.
